While we back up your homework data on a regular basis, we do not guarantee the storage of your data and will not accept liability for any losses incurred by the loss of homework data beyond restoring a copy of such data to the system as at the date of the last backup. Please note that uploaded files to accompany homework assignments will not be backed up. The school is responsible for holding copies elsewhere.
Service Guarantee
There is no guarantee of service. The system may be taken offline due to technical issues or maintenance. We will endeavour to maintain the system outside the hours it is likely to be used, however due to the nature of such a system this cannot always be the case.
